Think you can pitch a winning idea?

Puns at the ready because in this fast-paced game, wordplay means points
Why is Kobble the game for you?

Kobble is a fun, quickfire game that you can lose hours over in the pub, park, meeting room, seminars or any time you need to break the ice. And for those working in the creative industries, it's also a great way to *finally* explain what your job actually is... There are different packages for agencies, educators and everyday Kobblers.

What if I'm not a creative person?

Even if you don't consider yourself creative, chances are you'll love it - some of our best players have extremely rational, serious careers. That's because you'll feel totally free to throw out whatever comes to you, without self-editing. Turns out, you're a master Kobbler and you don't even know it yet.

Why did Abi Smith create Kobble?

Abi invented Kobble because she is passionate about creative ideation and fostering environments where people feel safe to share. Not all of those early ideas will stick, but you'll have conversation, collaboration and healthy debate. And that's when amazing things happen.

Who are we

How it works

1. Pun

In a nutshell, Kobble is about bringing together two random cards - a Thing and a Theme - to create stacks of new ideas. You'll have 40 seconds to come up with an idea across a number of everyday formats, from books to films. There are a few twists to try, too.

2. Pitch

When the time's up, you'll pitch your idea - which should ideally have a pun-based title - to the Editor. They can coax and collaborate before awarding a Commission to whichever idea most charms them.

3. Switch

Then the Editor's 'hat' moves round (don't worry, there's no actual hat) so everyone gets a go. At the end, the person with the most Commissions, of course, wins - but you'll be so lost in your combined imaginings that you may not even notice.
